👋 Hi, I’m Thelma. I’m a creative and digital consultant with 10+ years of experience helping nonprofits and mission-driven organizations bring ideas to life through design, storytelling, and marketing operations.I started my career as a graphic designer but, like so many nonprofit staffers, quickly became the "other duties as assigned" person — juggling digital marketing, branding, fundraising campaigns, and marketing operations, all while still leading design and shaping the visual brand for my organization. That lived experience means I know what it’s like to wear all the hats.After a decade in-house and a few years at an agency, I’m now launching my own solo practice, And Thelma Creates. My style is collaborative, positive, and practical. My goal is always to make the teams I work with feel supported and confident — and to free up their time so they can focus on what matters most: the mission.
