Hi, I’m Thelma! I'm a creative and digital consultant with 10+ years of experience supporting nonprofits and mission-driven organizations.I started my career as a graphic designer and quickly became the “other duties as assigned” person, juggling branding, fundraising campaigns, email, social, and marketing operations. That lived experience means I understand how nonprofit teams actually work, and what they need to move faster without burning out.After a decade in-house and several years at an agency, I now run a solo practice focused on collaborative, execution-focused support for teams doing meaningful work.
